Planned vs Rogue
Undoubtedly the project I am proudest of. Planned vs Rogue is a competitive travel series created and hosted by my partner Katie and me. In different destinations, Katie takes me out for a planned day, I take her out for an unplanned one and then we decide who won over a drink.
Not only is this a video series, it is also a resource for travellers with a detailed blog and continuously updated social media feed. As of December 2024 Planned vs Rogue has a total of 15,521 social media followers and over 15 million total channel views on YouTube.
Generation Betoota
Wrote, produced, directed, and voice acted in Spotify original podcast Generation Betoota, a pisstake of youth news programs such as triple j HACK.
Made in collaboration with Betoota Advocate, Australia’s number one satire page and published author and illustrator Struthless. Series generated over 50,000 listens per episode and was nominated for an Australian Podcast Award for best scripted podcast.

Reviewery of a Brewery
Host, editor and creator of independent travel/beer series where I reviewed Sydney/NSW breweries out of 10 based on beers, food and overall experience.
Part of my long running Benny’s Beer Review series, Reviewery of a Brewery was not a viral success but was the beginning of my journey as a travel writer and video producer as it led to many opportunities.

Lead writer and voice actor on pilot animation series, currently in pitch to streaming services.
Working with animation studio Struthless Studios to create various scripts and characters for voice actors such as Briggs, Ruby Fields, and Nats What I Reckon.

Benny Sent Ya!
Benny Sent Ya! was my limited travel series where I covered the entire NSW South Coast. On this five part series I was host and editor.
Beer focused, it was an extension of Reviewery of a Brewery, going beyond beer to feature nature, food, interesting people and community. Optimised for Facebook and YouTube, Benny Sent Ya! was less of a deliberate webseries and more of a tribute to the Australian travel shows of my childhood.
Views were nothing special (around 5000) but the video gained the attention of The Crafty Pint who interviewed me and led to me taking up a job with them.
Brown Cardigan - Birds of Australia
Contributing writer on the Brown Cardigan original animated series Birds of Australia.
Was asked to look over the script and add two extra jokes to each page. Responsible for writing gags for talented people such as Flex Mami, Sam Campbell and the Fat Pizza guys.
Benny In The Wild - Check Check
Hosted video series for music publication Check Check.
Working with a small team, I was responsible for hosting this segment as long as filming and conducting other interviews with festival attendees and artists throughout the day.
For Benny In The Wild, I improvised a lot of non-serious tips on how to enjoy a festival, particularly in the sweltering heat. Had to not be afraid of random people/looking stupid.
